Installation
All installations are made by our professionally qualified team of nationwide engineers all of which hold the necessary accreditations to connect onto mains water (EPDWA).

For rental customers there is no charge for installation, however if your machine requires moving or relocating a subsequent charge will be incurred.  Aqualeader request all customers, prior to installation to supply water connection and power points plus waste water run-off (if required).  Providing these are supplied a typical installation should take no longer than 30 mins and cause no disruption to your water supply.

Front of House Installations
Aqualeader can mount ‘pedestal’ or 3-way taps to a desired surface or area like in the images shown.  Pedestal taps cannot be rented only purchased outright.  An additional charge for installation of these is incurred also.  Mains water should be no more than 5 metres away from the unit location. Mains electric should be no further than 1 metre away.

Maintenance
Aqualeader operates a ‘rapid response’ policy with all of our customers.  If a fault is reported before mid-day then we will aim to attend the site that same day.

Servicing
Automated at Aqualeader HQ – these visits are carried out every 6 months or every 25,000 litres.  Our service involves the following:

  • Flush through of internal reservoir, taps and tubes with industry recommended sanitising solution.
  • Change of filter and removal of old from site.
  • Connection and tube check to ensure all is 100% satisfactory.
  • External wipe down with anti-bacterial / catering grade cleaner suitable for  catering stainless steel.

A signed service record is provided at the end of each service visit whereby the engineer in attendance will list all works carried out and note any concerns (if any). A copy is kept with your dedicated account manager and can be requested at any stage should you require.
